BIOCOVERS® will block the light and prevent weed growth for 3-5 years. The exact lifetime depends on the temperature, humidity and the microorganism in the soil. The biodegradation will accelerate once the fabric is covered with organic material. BIOCOVERS® will last longer if the fabric remains exposed in the atmosphere (uncovered).
